Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 20, 2026
Unlimited Stack Inc. (“Unlimited Stack”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates Cosoul AI (“Cosoul” or the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. By using Cosoul you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways.
Information you give us
- Account details. Your name, email address, workspace name, and the credentials you use to sign in.
- Content you create. The descriptions and prompts you write, the tools and apps you build, comments you leave, and files you upload to your workspace.
- Communications. Messages you send us, including support requests and feedback.
Information we collect automatically
- Usage and device data. Log information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, actions taken, and timestamps.
- Cookies and local storage. Small data files used to keep you signed in and to understand how the Service is used. See Cookies and tracking below.
Information from other sources
- Sign-in providers. If you sign in with a third-party identity provider, we receive basic profile information you authorize, such as your name and email.
- Connected services. If you connect a third-party service to Cosoul, we receive the data you authorize that service to share so your tools can use it.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including building and running the tools you describe.
- Authenticate you and keep your account and workspace secure.
- Respond to your requests and provide support.
- Monitor, debug, and improve reliability, performance, and safety.
- Send you service and administrative messages, and, where permitted, product updates.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. AI processing and our no-training commitment
Cosoul uses AI to turn your descriptions into working tools and to power the agents that run inside them. To do this, we may send your inputs to third-party AI providers solely to process your request and return a result to you.
We do not use your data, your prompts, or the apps you build to train any AI model, whether our own or those of the third-party AI providers we rely on. Those providers process your content only to deliver your result and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection commitments. Your workspace content is yours.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences, and a limited set of analytics to understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may affect how the Service works. We do not use cookies to serve third-party advertising.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers. Vetted vendors and sub-processors that host our infrastructure, process AI requests, or provide analytics on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect your data and use it only for those services.
- Services you connect. Third-party tools you choose to link to Cosoul receive and send data at your direction.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or Unlimited Stack.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
- With your consent. For any other purpose you authorize.
6. Third-party services and connectors
Cosoul lets you connect third-party services and tools that you already use. When you connect one, data flows according to the permissions you grant and that service’s own terms and privacy policy. Those services are operated by others, and we are not responsible for their practices. Review their policies before connecting them.
7. Data security
We protect your information with technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to incidents.
8. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterward only as required to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. You can export or delete your content at any time, and we delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Export your content, including as code or JSON, with no lock-in.
- Delete your account and associated personal information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at Hello@code.chat. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
10. International transfers
Cosoul is operated from the United States, and your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards to protect information transferred across borders.
11. Children’s privacy
Cosoul is intended for use by businesses and people who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where they live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
13. Contact us
